I need you to know that your product CBD 15mg has changed my life. I 71 and have osteoarthritis and had to use a walker just to get up in the morning then a cane there on through the day. when I would go grocery shopping I had to use a motorized chair. I absolutely love Irwin’s Naturals! Sunny mood is something I decided to try from a recommendation and I couldn’t have been more happily surprise. The shopping experience was efficient. My only issue is taking CBD in pill form. Have switched to drops under the tongue to avoid liver and digestive enzymes.

I have had 3 different discount codes that I have tried to use, in the past. I met the requirements and date expiration. (ex. first on line order, don't remember specifics on the other 2) but code was invalid each time. No I did not call or say anything it was not worth it. I did not want to spend the time and effort to get it when I was placing the order (I do in the evenings) Just get irritated when things are supposed to work and they don't and you have to do this and that in order to get something that should have worked the first time

Ordering in the website was easy. What soured my experience was from the point the order was placed until I received my product. It took over two weeks for me to get my package. I would expect this slow service if I were ordering from an underpopulated village in India’s, not a company in USA.

Per the website packages are ‘usually” shipped within 7-10 days. The confirmation email also said that I would be notified when my package ships. I am currently 16 days past my order date and have yet to receive any communication about my shipment. I understand there are delays, and I’m ok with that if I’m notified. However, I called the phone number listed on the website 4 days ago and spoke with someone that told me my package was supposed to ship that day. I still have not received a shipping notice. Though they have been more than willing to send me emails encouraging me to purchase again (not likely at this point). Someone has some misinformation about my package... and at this point I think it’s me. Silly me thinking after I gave them my money, they would send me a product and or communication about my order.
