I was informed I signed up for delivery every 2 weeks. Knowingly I did not. I asked for a copy of my order so I could see where I went wrong. So I’m not happy right now.

This was an exceptional shopping experience in every way. The shopping experience was quick and easy. Irwin Naturals carry a variety of great products, their customer service is easily available, and delivery was quick!

I failed to update my address with them, so they sent my order to my old address. When I reported the problem, they intercepted the shipment and sent it to my new address, at no charge!

My Fiance purchased 4 or 5 bottles, I cannot remember in one of those 15mg bundles and when we received them there was glass shards inside of the bottles, not only that some of them were flat with nothing inside. She reached out to ask them if they would do anything about it and they never called back, she was pregnant and we both really needed the CBD. I love their products, but they should have called her back or offered to replace it, refund it or some sort of compensation; either of us could have been hurt, glass down the throat is no joke. I hope they'll see this and reply, either way the people will see it. Again, WONDERFUL PRODUCT; but customer support so far hasn't been all that great.

I love your products, but everytime I try to order I get very upset! I can never find what I'm looking for, my logins always require re-setting my password, at one time I was offered a revolving 3 month order of the cbd + power to sleep every 3 months, which I would love too! It looks like maybe you restructured your website and after resetting my password again all past orders, my address and other info. came up! Whatever the reason, hopefully I can make an order every 3 months of cbd + power to sleep for 54.92 without any issues! Thanks for your time!! D. Dymond
