The ordering, delivery and customer service addressing my questions has been great. The product is not helping at this point. It is reducing the pressure on my system from being able to run 4 sprinklers to running only 1. We are expecting to be able to get a less fine filter, but that is not available yet.

Filter arrived quickly, packaged well and was ready to install. My only comment would be that a 1 1/4" unit instead of 2" would be more appropriate for my needs, but this should work.
