I thought the product was great. It was well built and sturdy. However, I was disappointed in the customer service. It did not come on the date told to me. I had the installers scheduled based on the promised date and had to reschedule the install. There was no communication on the delivery and it was only when I inquired about the delivery date to make sure I was ok that it was revealed it was not shipped when it was supposed to and I had to scramble to get my installer rescheduled. Not happy with that exchange

Once the wall is closed up, you have to hope there’s never going to be a problem with the counter sagging. These brackets give you that confidence.

Ordering these iron supports was very easy and shipping was very fast!

The supports are quite nice - heavy-duty, nice high-quality (possibly powder coated?) finish. I can't speak to whether they will hold up as rated, but they seem to be holding my counter much more firmly than the prior supports. Shipping was fast, price was not unreasonable given the thickness. They recess nicely into the drywall and fit "flush" - we are covering them with some wainscoating, so they will pretty much disappear from view completely. The counter appears as if it is "floating" - it looks awesome.
