I usually use Cassis and Fig which are exceptionally good. Being spring/summer I wanted a fresher scent. I ordered room fragrance, diffuser refill ( to go in my Jo Malone diffusers) and wax melts. The diffuser refill is quite good, as is the room fragrance, not jo malone obviously but good, however, the wax melts are very poor especially compared to the Cassis and Fig which fills the room. I shall try lemon grass and ginger next time as I have the car diffuser and it’s a good strong smell. My other issue is , I paid for next day delivery and, after contacting the company I was informed that as it was after 3pm on the Monday I had missed the time slot and they are closed on a Tuesday! I suggested they make that clear when ordering as it is not mentioned at check out. I wasted money and did not get the delivery I paid for. Correspondence took place, but no gesture of good will ( a pack of wax melts) was offered which I found poor. However, it has not deterred me from ordering again.
