Shipping was fast, the paddle I got was cut incorrectly and wouldn’t connect. I had a new paddle in just a couple days. Excellent customer service!

Easy to use, fun to ride. I take it out all of the time since I got it. I highly recommend getting the carrying strap if you plan on inflating with an electric pump at your car. It makes carrying it so much for manageable.
