I’ve ordered from IRocker and always good experiences. This was the first time I ordered a board. Was shipped the wrong board and a phone case that I ordered was forgotten. But customer service was right on it and I was able to quickly and easily return my board and they sent me the correct board and the phone case. Mistakes happen, but I’m very pleased with their service and quality of products so will continue to order from them. I just wish that all their boards came with a bag. . mine came with a carry strap which is ok, but I prefer a bag that you can throw everything into.

Y’all, I gotta tip my hat to iRocker. They flat-out went above and beyond when my board had a little whoopsie and needed replacing. Not only did they stand behind their warranty, but they did it with that kind of Southern hospitality that makes you feel like family. In short: they turned what could’ve been a headache into a downright breeze. Kudos to the whole team for making sure I was back on the water in no time.
Great product and customer service. Only complaint is the $15 shipping cost for a $19 part. Even with that said, I will continue to purchase products from IRocker

Very impressed with this company. I wrote asking for directions as I purchased my board over 3 years ago and had a small leak at the seam and asked for recommendations to fix it. They responded immediately and suggested I not fix it and even though my warranty had just expired offered a replacement board. The new board was sent and arrived within a few days of our exchange. Having many boards from hard ones to inflatable I much prefer my I rocker sup overall for its quality, lightness and transportability and can’t say enough about the customer service I received. Its always a gamble buying online but I will definitely be buying from this company again!
Very stable board. I hope I can use it for a long time. There is a good after sale service from the Irocker company.

Had my bord since 2017! Had change only one fin since i have done plenty of river, lakes, and the sea ! With, for sur good care of rinsing each time a dry it the most i can, i only had to put glue on the upper part (glue that was in the packaging) and it looks like new. No problem with neither the extremely nice pump, nor the valve that works so great ! Even the plastic of the bords seems perfect ! Looks like it stays real well with time ! Definitely a good choice for users thats likes greats during products. I might use it between 4 and 20 times a month for as long as the temperature in Québec lets us do it without the ice and the toooooo cold waters ! Hih Plus i lost this year in agitated water my fin, just bought a new! Fits perfect even if my bord is old! Yessss thanks a lot !
