The chatbot was able to confirm my questions about whether or not I was buying the right replacement part, though it would have been helpful to have complete actual dimensions for the fins on the site (including length and slot size). Shipping was fast, the paddle I got was cut incorrectly and wouldn’t connect. I had a new paddle in just a couple days. Excellent customer service!

Easy to use, fun to ride. I take it out all of the time since I got it. I highly recommend getting the carrying strap if you plan on inflating with an electric pump at your car. It makes carrying it so much for manageable.
