I placed an online order late in the evening and was picked it up right at opening the next day. Staff were courteous and prompt. At least one person always says "hello" upon arrival. Staff are very helpful in helping you locate an item or explain a sale. The store is neat and tidy and has a great selection of unique and expected products.

The online process was seamless. I opted to pick it up since I was going to be in the area. I absolutely love the colour of my new Mason Cash 29 cm mixing bowl. It was a great price, since I took advantage of the 20% Customer Appreciation discount.

It's as lovely as I thought it would be, but unfortunately there is a small indent around the rim of the bowl. Hoping this is a manufacturing imperfection and not an issue when I use it and wash it a few times.

When shopping online I wanted a 'small' item [size and price]. It showed "2" in stock; I wanted Two. Having worked in retail for many years, I know this could actually mean "1" or even "none". While logged into my account, I called the store to confirm availability. Brendan was VERY helpful, found both items, confirming number and condition. I then added another item to my cart, and purchased online. He kindly set my purchase aside to be pulled for my order to ensure it could be filled, to be picked up the next day. The staff are ALWAYS very helpful both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend IQliving and both methods to Shop Local and support a Small Business.

Great ordering and delivery experience

I highly recommend you switch delivery services from UPS. They are nothing but trouble and you're paying for poor service. They couldn't even be bothered to deliver it to my door while I waited for 2 days. The delayed it by 1 day, which is understandable with weather. But when I waited the next day, they didn't even stop at my door. Just sent me a message saying it would got to a nearby UPS store as they don't like to leave parcels on the porch. So they would not have seen me sitting here waiting for it. I am raising the issue with UPS but I'll tell you, this is not the first time. So I'm suggesting you really consider using a more reliable service. It's time UPS went out of business to allow other more competent delivery services to get the benefit of your business.
