I bought ERA Paints based on their "exact match guarantee. " The initial batch was close to my factory color, but still needed a slight tweak. ERA Paints sent a second batch; however, it was noticeably worse and drifted further away from the original color. When I reached out to ask for a final adjustment closer to the first formula, they took days to reply, sent a refund without my request, and told me they would not send any more batches. They prioritize closing customer support tickets over helping customers actually finish their projects. Refusing to correct the color formula leaves customers stranded mid-project. I cannot recommend them if you rely on color accuracy or helpful customer service.

Guys… Your communication needs a lot of work. When my order was placed, I appreciated the initial email. However, upon review of the purchase, you only had half of my address. I called the phone number and emailed immediately to say that my address wasn’t correct. I never received any response but I assumed it would be corrected prior to shipping. Several days later as I tracked the shipment, it showed it being returned to sender because the address was not correct. When you finally responded to an email, you basically just said sorry and that my money would be refunded. I didn’t need a refund, I needed my part. You guys are obviously too big to worry about your average customer.

Great parts at a fair price. Delivery service is always a thing these days. Three days turns into seven while you watch your part sit in a distribution center for 3 days, 45 minutes away from the final destination. Nothing to reflect on IPI’s service but I do wish there were better delivery companies out there.
