Website said same day shipping and I ordered the part early that morning and the part didn't ship until the next afternoon which caused me to receive it a day late which ordinarily wouldn't be an issue but was going out of town and needed the part before I left so that's why I ordered from you because it said same day shipping, that didn't happen, other than that the part was perfect, only reason for 4star was wasn't shipped same day as advertised

I wasn't crazy about paying for overpriced shipping but I did. Then when I realized it was the wrong size and tried to exchange it i was told that you don't have a exchange program. So I'd have to return the parts and reorder the correct parts and then get hit again for shipping for the return and the 2nd order. You're making a killing off of charging me for shipping. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. Nate
