I was sent the wrong part after I made sure it was the correct part number, model of my car and the vin number. Checking the part number on your receipt shows my original part ordered and paid for not what was sent.

Website said same day shipping and I ordered the part early that morning and the part didn't ship until the next afternoon which caused me to receive it a day late which ordinarily wouldn't be an issue but was going out of town and needed the part before I left so that's why I ordered from you because it said same day shipping, that didn't happen, other than that the part was perfect, only reason for 4star was wasn't shipped same day as advertised

I wasn't crazy about paying for overpriced shipping but I did. Then when I realized it was the wrong size and tried to exchange it i was told that you don't have a exchange program. So I'd have to return the parts and reorder the correct parts and then get hit again for shipping for the return and the 2nd order. You're making a killing off of charging me for shipping.
