Original part, exactly the same as at the local Ford dealer, but more than twice as cheap. Arrived 3 days earlier than expected. With the help of YouTube, removal of the old part and installation of the new one was fairly easy. The car now runs smoothly.

I ordered a part using my vin# to confirm it was right. It was not the right part. After contacting them and returning it, they refunded the price minus shipping. When I explained that the mistake was due to the website, I was refunded the amount for shipping. Overall, dealing with customer service was easy with quick response. I would only suggest that the website be fixed to ensure that the fit is correct.
