Guys… Your communication needs a lot of work. When my order was placed, I appreciated the initial email. However, upon review of the purchase, you only had half of my address. I called the phone number and emailed immediately to say that my address wasn’t correct. I never received any response but I assumed it would be corrected prior to shipping. Several days later as I tracked the shipment, it showed it being returned to sender because the address was not correct. When you finally responded to an email, you basically just said sorry and that my money would be refunded. I didn’t need a refund, I needed my part. You guys are obviously too big to worry about your average customer.

Great parts at a fair price. Delivery service is always a thing these days. Three days turns into seven while you watch your part sit in a distribution center for 3 days, 45 minutes away from the final destination. Nothing to reflect on IPI’s service but I do wish there were better delivery companies out there.
