I love the quality of the product unfortunately I didn’t like that I had to pay $16 in shipping for a return. Other companies charge less for returns which was frustrating for me. Also, I didn’t get an email from you guys saying that you received my return which felt unprofessional. Furthermore, instead of asking me how I wanted to be refunded you guys just gave me a gift card. I still will order from you guys because the quality of the products is great. I understand you are a new brand but, improving the return process would make it 5 stars.

Amazing products, my only problem would have to be the sizing. More specifically, how to determine size. On the website it classifies size with Small, Medium, Large, and XLarge, etc, with numbers like 1,2,3,4 and so forth, but it doesn't actually specify the length in waist, hip, or shoulder, things like that, so it was hard to guess which things would fit me as many brands use different models for S, M, L, XL, and etc. Otherwise, the buying process, and the simplicity of the online store, makes for a great experience.
