I had a problem with the shipping because the delivery company decided to make me pay extra duties compared to the ones I had already paid for the delivery. Anyhow, I wrote to the customer service and it took them a bit more than two weeks to answer (only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars), but they gave me a gift card for that amount of money

I’m happy with the product and the result, but the process from ordering to delivery was disappointing. First off, I paid for express shipping and then learned that it could take 2-3 days for IPHIS to actually ship it. Then, it was delayed and days past the estimated delivery time. In the mean time, I reached out to IPHIS customer support via email and waited several days AFTER my order arrived before getting a response. They did correct the issues and gave me credit for the shipping so I really appreciate how they dealt with the issue. I was overall dissatisfied with customer support response in the fact that it took forever to get in contact with them.

I chose the wrong size when i order (at 11pm) and they changed it like 5 minutes after my email. Received it early too. Great compagnie and great service.

Products are great, but I emailed last week regarding sizing down the thong and haven't heard back.

I’ve been trying to reach customer service for an exchange for 4 days now and it’s been crickets. I’ve tried over email, instagram, and Facebook. Heard nothing. Very frustrating.
