Customer Service is great! Have talked with multiple people via phone and email, and they are always quick to respond and get you an answer. They had an issue with restocking, but gave me a refund, so I could order a different type of filter. Refund went smoothly and got the other filter in a few days

If there were not PLASTIC parts (the receptacle that receives the water and the filter casing) then I would give this product a rating BEYOND 5 stars. I am perplexed though by the PLASTIC, why??
