It's a little bulky but I like it. It's comfortable & def makes u sweat. You have to hand wash it every other day.

I love it! I wear it everyday even whenningonto sleep and my waist hasn’t gotten so much smaller!

I don't usually sweat on the stomach area, but when I had the trimmer on I sweated like a pig! It's a great one, but kinda a little hard to breath when I have it on, but I think that's something you have to get used to.

This waist trainer is everything, I love to wear it while working out, or just running errands.

It works really good inside and outside of the gym. I'm already starting to see a real noticeable change in my waist after a month of using it .
