Your contact hasn't been good in relation to product availability. I have been using your blue mascara for over 45 years but it's always out of stock now. I've had to buy the brown instead but don't like it as much as the blue. It seems very dry. I wasn't told when new stock would be in just to keep looking online. Not really good enough!

Your products are suitable for my skin, the period when no products were available for my skin type, skin quality was much poorer than now when products are back on the shelf. Lets hope they do not disappear for long periods of time again, or you provide plenty of notice to stock-up.
