Shipping, service, support, all exceptional from Innovative Concrete. The sealer was easy to apply and covered more than advertised as the second coat required less than the first. I only gave it 4 stars as it is to far to early to judge the longevity and efficacy.

Both products (ure-seal h20, ure-shades) worked great. I wish I had been able to do the mixing calculations better so I didn't have to waste any but I'll get it right on the next batch. I used the natural color but I think gloss might have looked better.
