I love what it does for my hair!

Products are clean and my scalp psoriasis is calm and lessens with the use of these products.

I do like the Hydrating Cream Conditioner, the scent is light and clean. It works well but I had hoped it would offer more slip for my hair. The I create Hold I will definitely buy again, it works well for my curls, sometimes I am looking for a bit more firm hold though.

I truly love their products and they perform well On my curly hair. I’ve used them for awhile. Unfortunately their customer service does not perform well. My order was lost and I had to call and leave voicemails three times, send 3 emails and chat live with someone on their website to finally get an answer. Once they found my order never shipped, 2 weeks later, they told me they would expedite my order and I should have tracking soon. I still have not received tracking called back and they told me hopefully my order will be fulfilled once they finish the orders from December 17th. I ordered mine on December 2 and they have no way of filling it first? This makes absolutely no sense and is very frustrating. They offered nothing for losing my order even though I was charged for it ($127) and didn’t even apologize. I still have no order sent out even though they took my money and it is now 16 days later.

I’ve tried just about every curly hair product out there — Bounce Girl, Not Your Mother’s Curl Talk, DevaCurl, Curlsmith — and none of them worked for me without a ton of effort. With those, I was constantly re-wetting, scrunching, and spending way too much time trying to make my curls cooperate. My hair absolutely loves this product. I use the I Am Volume along with the leave-in, and the difference is amazing. My curls look great with minimal effort, and the results actually last. Another big plus is the scent — it smells really nice and clean, not that fake, chemical, bubble-gum smell that so many curl products have. This is the first curl line that truly works for my hair without the hassle. Highly recommend for anyone tired of overworking their curls.

The wrapping was a bit excessive for a non-fragile bottle but no problems or slow-downs with shipping.

Fast shipping and allowed a return of the first products I tried so I could try a different set. Great customer service!

I truly love Innersense products the only thing I wish is that they make more fragrance free products especially the I create hold gel. Over the past couple months my skin have become very sensitive to fragrance even natural. Having more fragrance free product would be amazing because I already know I love this hair line products.
