This brand has so much going for it, BUT I misunderstood product descriptions and ordered the wrong things for my hair and cannot get anyone to have a real conversation to help me. Canned email replies and unreturned phone calls are disappointing. This is definitely not the ceremony I’d expected. Clean and natural should apply to the entire brand ethic.

Very happy with Innersense curly hair products! The stylist at my salon used them last time I was in for a cut/wash/color and I love the way they hold curls and don't make my hair feel weighed down. I use a combo of the color awakening hairbath, conditioner, I Create Volume, and I Create Definition for my usual routine. They also smell so nice! I had an issue with shipping while my package was lost over the holidays, but when I reached out, the customer service reps quickly made it right and sent a replacement.

This is my favorite innersense product. I think I’m on my 3rd bottle! Absolutely lovely this for my coarse curly hair. Always absorbs well especially in the winter.
