Sometimes fast and sometimes slow for shipping

I love the ease in ordering and the shipping time is short. It’s packaged in a sturdy box and wrapped very nice .

I was really looking forward to using these products because they're organic and clean; however, after almost a month of using them, my hair looks extremely dry, coarse, and sometimes incredibly frizzy. I spoke with customer service, and they made me understand that it was a problem with my hair and that their products wouldn't hide the poor condition of my hair, like other brands do. I continued using it to see if anything improved, but so far, no. I would love to continue using this brand. I like its smell and its value proposition, but after speaking with customer service, I felt like I had been hit by a bucket of cold water.
