The customer experience is always great with euco. I have purchased many products from them and each time the process is reliable, efficient, and they back the products up with ideal support. The v11 is turning into a great commuting euc. It’s unbelievably smooth and quiet both in acceleration and braking. The suspension is great for city type bumps but not quite as agile as the s18 in the dirt.

My V11 wasn't hold a charge like it used to so I contacted Amazon because I had purchased a 2 year warranty. Amazon picked up wheel, InMotion honored my warranty, refunded my money so I can buy another V11 👍 Top-notch service 👌

I purchased my Inmotion for
I purchased my Inmotion for Christmas. And I really love it. At first I didn’t know how to ride it and I practiced and now I feel like a pro. I rode it everyday, after I get home from work. Customer service is awesome 👏🏾 they helped me with any problems are issues I might of had. I will definitely purchase another one.

The new board is running
The new board is running great and looks to have improved on a few things from the previous version I had (soldering looks more uniform). Still breaking it in (in sub-zero temperatures no less) and am quite happy. Thanks for the quick service EUCO!

It took me a while.
I am fascinated by these amazing machines. I’m in my 60’s and simply had to learn when I saw an euc in a video. I have been riding electric skateboards for years on and off road. When I tryed learning euc It took me a while to get the hang of it. I could get up and going but could not turn right... From years of skateboarding I had become used to turning left and right using my back foot (left) on the skateboard. I had to learn to trust shifting my weight to right foot to turn right and if felt very uncomfortable to me. NOW I ride like a pro! A few weeks on this v10 and my confidence is way up so I fly like the breeze. Great product - great service - great fun! Blessings...

The control board arrived quickly
The control board arrived quickly and was super easy to install. I've removed the v8 shell a handful of times but this was my first heart transplant - it took 20min flat and the wheel started right up.

Customer service was super! A bad inner tube showed up with my new V8. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement tube - as well as a discount card for future purchases. Enjoying my V8!
