My original charger stopped working. EUCO replaced it superfast under warranty. Replacement works as it should. Fast response and great customer service.

They delivered the EUC promptly with no problems whatsoever it was a treat. I would definitely order from them again.

Brian was a great instructor. Spending an hour with him probably saved me many hours of time trying to learn certain techniques on my own. I was fortunate to have had some practice with the basics of balancing an EUC and doing short rides before the session so could more quickly start working on intermediate issues (proper braking, dealing with wobbles, turning, etc). He also gave great advice on what type of EUC to consider purchasing for my situation.

Euco Customer care / service Is doing what they can it seems. After all its King So ng S20/22 issues not Euco. Ive been working with Nick previously, Brian cc, and Wendy I believe is the new CC CS manager who took time to personally introduce her self and assure me that its in progress.

I am so geeked with this KS-S18 as my first EUC. I am about 240lbs (108kgs) and was able to put about 20 miles (32 kms) on the EUC the first week with no issues; temperatures in the low teens is why I road so little. I haven't had any unexpected issues with performance riding at my weight. The setup was pretty straight forward and any question I had I found solutions to on Youtube, EUCO, and the King Song website. The King Song app was a bit problematic when I tried to create an account in-app, but I decided to use it generically for the wheel without creating an account and it works like a dream. This is definitely a gateway to a larger EUC and I can't wait until it warms up a bit so I can ride more. Also, EUCO's customer service was pretty amazing and reached out to me where there were challenges with the shipment.

Got this in Jan, and totally enjoy riding this wheel. It's great on trails and really fun on the road. Torque is nice on hills and just overall smooth. I love the basic design and am glad I got this wheel as suspension is a must for me. Thanks, Euco!
