It works as intended and you just need to remove the side plugs. If you have one set up you can use one side for heat and the other side to just see how cold the cold side gets

I installed the device in a manhole that is not buried deep enough and can freeze. I connected the heater to it and it works perfectly. I can watch the temperature movement in 15 minute intervals through the android app. It was very easy for me to open an account, log into the network and set it up. I am very satisfied with this device.

Great equipment

I love this product basically I'm reasonably tech savvy and was able to downgrade my Wi-Fi in the house to 2. 4g so I can get it to connect but I bought one for my brother and he is having difficulty as would many households with trying to figure out how to set their Wi-Fi only to transmit 2. 4 or 5G. Inkbird should start putting out a product that can connect with current Wi-Fi systems rather than having to degradie to the legacy ones to connect.

The product is a little difficult to set up but works fine otherwise
