As an overall experience not too good as the price was in USD thus making it a lot more expensive than expected. Lesson learnt! The product itself is good and the delivery details were easy to follow.

Although the measurement range is -50C to 300C, the display is limited to a maximum 100C. My plan was to measure oil temperature in the frying pan, so this is not what I was looking for. The sensor is hard to open. My guess is that this part will bent or break off sooner or later.
