Finally received the item. Exactly described, was a Christmas present for my wife who really likes the product. The only thing lacking was RoR's delivery proceedure. A tracking number was provided, but it didn't state who would deliver, and the clicky link didn't link to a tracking site.

Ordered a hoodie with personalised print on front. Both my chosen colours were true to the website and the quality of the print and the actual sweatshirt are top notch. Quick delivery and all the packaging is recyclable. What’s not to like?! Would definitely order again.
