Ordered some essential oils and jojoba oil online. Ordering was easy and fast delivery. The jojoba oil lid cracked in transit and the product had leaked. Contact with the company was great and they promptly sent a replacement bottle. Wonderful, quality items. Have been a long time user of In Essence, since doing an aromatherapy workshop with the original founders almost 40 yrs ago!

I found the whole experience of online ordering with In essence good. The hardest part is not being able to smell the scent before you buy them. And I haven't been able to find anyone locally who sells them here.

Great product, great delivery time and well packaged. Love that I can adjust the amount of spray that this diffuser emits. Would prefer if the colours on it could keeping changing though, rather than just one colour can be lighter or darker. All in all, happy customer!
