I had placed an order for some pleated fan bunting, and then decided to add a custom pulldown to the order. The staff was more than happy to combine the orders into one shipment, which was wonderful. Everything arrived perfectly, and at the highest quality.

I paid for 2-day shipping because I needed my item in one week. After 8 days and the order had not shipped I emailed the company and requested standard shipping and a refund on my expedited shipping. The email went unanswered and they shipped expedited anyway. According to tracking item will take 6 days to arrive

We wanted made in USA products that weren't cheap since our lightweight, Chinese crap frayed and faded after a few seasonal displays July 4th. Can't wait until Labor Day to display these...no pics until then. But they are heavy duty and high quality! Was also impressed by different width and length combinations!
