I paid for two flags. Only received one.

I like your selection and pricing but it would be nice to offer a discount to Non-Profits, many other sites offer 'corporate rates' for large orders, which 1/2 of the items I purchased on your site would have qualified me for a discount on other sites.

The black border is much better than the white border (top strip ) on many other products. More appropriate for its use and doesn't show dirt

I needed it ASAP. I ordered it on 1/2 and paid for a 1 business day delivery via USPS. Had to call again on 1/4 because I received an email saying it was shipped when it wasn't. I was told it would be shipped on Friday 1/5 and that then it was up to the post office. Had to pick it up myself on Sat 1/6.
