We Ordered 2x Louis beds on Pre-order. The beds arrived all be it 2 months late. I would have preferred unprompted updates regarding the delivery delay rather than me having to keep requesting and waiting for updates. I did feel extremely stressed however by the previous reviews, which was unnecessary in the end. Communication from the company needs improvement. The beds are beautiful. Excellent quality and easy to assemble. We are being provided with 1 replacement Bedhead due to a minor manufacturing fault. We will await its arrival in the next shipment. Now that they are here and assembled I am happy with our purchase. Patience is the key!

It’s average quality. Quite creaky after assembled and the white paint is scuffed and chipped all over already. It also took months to arrive. We’ve had other cots which we’re far higher quality.

The product is well engineered, with the adaptive manner for growing baby! There is a few flaws that we have found upon finally arrival. Ordering took over 3months to get to us, I was unfortunately having to constantly contact Incy for update. When arrived the stain was still tacky and marked, upon asking to be fixed they offered a few solutions including getting a carpenter in our local area to quote which he did and fix sent the quote thru and no response… Would be good to see one more setting to drop down base (2nd setting is still to high with the good quality mattress that we purchased from incy, our 10month old 69cm can stand up and bend over top a little too easy for this mummas likening!) so if you consider this suggest take into account the thickness of the mattress. We love the mattress and matching drawers ans change topper just a little disappointed with customer service and communication. I suggest ordering well in advance to assure your beautiful cot arrives in time:)

I am so happy with my Incy beds. We have three boys and I’ve bought the Ralph and Louise beds...they are amazing!!! The boys love them and so do I. They look super trendy and match any decor. We had a really lovely customer service experience, with very friendly and efficient staff. 10 Stars for me!!!!

Where can I get a change mat cover to fit this and the bassinet mattress? Finding it hard to locate for both. Thanks
