So stylish! Really elevates my bedroom. Great storage too, nice deep draws on really nice runners. Loved that all I had to was attach the legs and handles.I was worried it was going to be flat packed :)

Ok but if I’d seen it in person I would not buy. I’m hoping once I purchase a good topper it may help. It also not quite big enough for bed.

I've specified Incy products for my clients for 10 years now and used them in my home for my own children. We no longer use the cot purchased for our youngest, but it has been lovingly packaged up and is sitting in storage ready to become a family heirloom.....there's no way I'll ever sell it! Kristy and the team are wonderful to deal with, quick to resolve any issues that may arise and I love the variety of products available.

Price is reasonable and affordable. Design is fashionable and stylish. Customer service was 100% they kept me Informed of delays and holdups at warehouse and shipping, Emails were constantly sent, Christmas and covid caused delays but they did their best to get arrivals out ASAP. Returns and refunds were not an option for us as we didn’t need this service. Second bed we have brought through incy and would definitely recommend their products. Black double bed. A classic and timeless design. This bed was easy to assemble is comfortable, sturdy and it looks amazing in our bedroom.

I have purchased several beds and ottomans in the last few year from Incy and the process has been absolutely seamless, smooth the super friendly. A wonderful customer journey , followed by superb products. My daughters bed has lasted many years and will even survive our upcoming reno as it's timeless and still as beautiful as on the first day. The bed has arrived and it looks beautiful in our daughter's bedroom and she LOVES it! It is the centre piece of her bedroom and I've noticed she loves it so much it's motivating her to keep her bedroom looking neat and tidy so her bed looks nice - an unexpected benefit!
