I spoke to customer service before I purchased my knee sleeve. The agent was very helpful. He assured me that XXL wouldn't be too big. Since I normally wear medium everything else on my legs. He also gave me guidance on how to fix it if it was a little too big. I didn't need to do that though. Also, the video lesson on how and why you put on and remove the sleeve was very good.

I had trouble with my arch. Ace wraps help. Incrediwear has even more healing with the arch. Less tingling in under toe area(I had torn the arch and a tendon that attaches to the big toe). The only thing that I don’t like is the Velcro is way too long and gets in the way. I prefer to tuck it under
