mmh... They can ship liquids
I'm not sure why other companies don't ship liquids but this one does. I understand that some liquids are not shipped since they are flammable but I mean mouthwash is not flammable. Had to go through two companies both saying no but this one does ship liquids

Worst Communication
Getting direct contact to the person in charge is like hustling for a job. Never communicates nor picks calls, sent packages to New York have never received them 5weeks plus. Extremely disappointed cause that's money I think I lost while trusting you.

Yet to receive my package after a month of waiting. No one also picks up calls. Very dissapointing.

Very frustrating service to use, do not trust their 2-week policy they always have something come up. The Kenyan team is quite unprofessional the operations manager only picks and responds to phone calls or messages whenever she feels like it. You'd rather contact the New York team, they may take a while to respond but nevertheless, they do respond. There's really no transparency you basically have to persist to obtain updates on your goods. Won't be using them ever again

With Imail its been a revolutionary experience and I must commend them on their transparency. Immediately goods are received at their warehouse, these are weighed and an image of your parcel scanned and sent to you. The weight is accurate as can be as they only charge the actual weight, no volumetric weight here. Once your goods arrive in Nairobi your invoice has no unexpected or hidden charges aswell. Keep up the good work Imail!

I usually don't post reviews as I try to sort issues with the owner first but this has been frustrating. My first shipment with them was smooth although they needed to do more on communication as a lot of things are not clear at some point. My second time has been a nightmare, very very disappointing communication and updates from imail. The item was initially scheduled for February 22nd but it has never left the US more than a month later, still nothing clear from imail. It's frustrating when you use them to ship but they direct you to Turkish Airlines, like how now? I have nothing to do with them I just want you to give me updates on my shipment, just talk to them and let me know or update on my WYB. It doesn't matter how many times you've shipped correctly before, it doesn't make it okay to delay even a single shipment as everyone here comes to you with an expectation that you'll deliver on your promise (7-14 days), nothing less nothing more. Issues do happen and if you don't stay on top of things and take responsibility, it just drives loyal customers away, especially those who kept rooting for you. You've had over a month now to make things right with everyone here as they've reached out individually but your response is just making excuses and asking them to understand. There are many ways to handle dissatisfied customers especially when the problem is on your end and the way you've handled is not one of them. Asking them to track yet they've done exactly that and still have questions is not how to do it, it's disappointing. At no point should you ask your customers to find answers from your service providers or third-party, that's your mess to handle and deliver on your promise to me. This was my last time shipping with you and I'll tell everyone as much. Don't ship with them unless you want your item a year later. The much you save is compensated for by delays and dismal customer service. Savostore would be a good option right about now. DON'T SHIP WITH ...

Delayed. Communication cut off.
I ordered stuff that was delivered initially seamlessly. The nightmare began once the goods arrived at JKIA. Its been two weeks and counting and im yet to receive my goods. The worst thing is that they (iMail) don’t pick up customers calls. For a first time client, my experience has been underwhelming so far.

Its the second time I have used imail. My first time was a bliss, I love the fact that they responded to my emails promptly. They also would inform me wach time my package arrived indicating the weight. The shipping time was also shot compared to the other shipping companies I have used. My second time was not all bliss but it wasn't so bad either. Shipping took longer almoat a month and I had to prompt them every now and then to get info or to respond to the emails I sent. All in I would still recommend and I will still use them.

Packaged Arrived - Coast
This is exciting! I sent a package (around 2 KG) to just test and see how is it going to be! I am so happy and excited that Imail Kenya has an excellent service. The package arrived in Nairobi and the faulks in Nairobi were so fast to communicate. They went above and beyond to make sure the package was sent to Lamu and it arrived the second day via Fargo (extra cost). The total cost to Lamu is very reasonable and I can't wait to start sending more stuff. Thanks to Kendi (one of the Nairobi employees) she was very helpful and she took care of the package and making sure it arrived to Lamu safely. Thank you so much Kendi and for sure I will spread the word here in Minnesota!

Imail is has an impeccable shipping service from the word send. Their parcel tracking system is real time my package came right on time like clockwork. I love how the website is simple yet very effective and the email corespondence is flawless. I stay in Kenya and i must say their agent here does a marvelous job , a perfect blend of professionalism and unwavering courtesy. The follow up was awesome she was always available for any queries i had. It was the first time i used it and only because a previous agency had let me down after i had bought goods, from the word go I never had a doubt that my parcel would arrive safely . Owh and their rates are unbeleivable my shipping woes are over. i mail with imail!
