I'm loving the improvements they have made. Delivery is faster and smoother. I also appreciate the detailed email and Whatsapp communications for invoices and delivery. Kudos!

I’ve had a few instances where I needed to change my delivery location, and the driver was very helpful and accommodating. He made it easy to redirect my package and I felt valued as a customer.

Pallet was picked up in Ohio by ABF,. delivered to Staten Island on a Monday and was in Nairobi by the next Monday... Commendable. Clearance delays are also a thing of the past

been buying goods from amazon and eBay for 3yrs now and shipping with Imail, always getting my good on time. sometime i requested for consolidation since parcel arrive at their warehouse different days and they do it with no charges. i highly recommend them.

Imail is a genuine company. Their work is good and almost always on time. I've used their services on over a dozen shipments - none lost, nor damaged, and nothing like being overcharged! They have a good business model which allows customers to pay for exact weight versus other shipping companies charging rounded up to the nearest US dollar or rounded up to closest pound/kilo. Their local contacts are good, but not very keen on answering phone calls. From purchase date to delivery at my doorstep in Nairobi can take anything from 12 days to 30. It simply depends when they receive parcels and if there are a few days left to shipping or a whole week! Imail response to emails is ok, however their status updates are good. If you haven't utilized their services, go ahead. You won't be disappointed.

Absolute worst communication.

Its now over 6months and i am still waitng for IMAIL KENYA to deliver my package as they promised.

Used the service about 3-4 times and I was satisfied with the process overall. However, they have consistently over-weigh the items. My last package was 1.60kg on my scale but billed as 2.05kg. A 5% difference is acceptable but 20% is not. I reported this to the customer service (with picture showing the weight difference) and this is the exact reply I got: "Our weight difference is never more than 0.10 kgs and that's a guarantee...but if u suspect being ripped, we'd prefer not to ship another package". Well I guess that's the last package you ship for me then. Thanks for the service so far.

I came across imail randomly as I was relocating from the US to Kenya and I shipped some items just to test the service. I'm happy to say that it works and you can be confident in using them

This is the second time i am using imail and I'm deeply disappointed. The first time i ordered for items and it took over 2months to be delivered. But at least at each step they would update me whenever my items arrived,until the last item and even shipping, transit and all. This time I ordered something on amazon to be delivered to imail but its over a week since my item was delivered to imail and i cannot see any details of my item in my imail account, on top of this i have been asking and all im being told is that they update weekly and i should be patient, patient,patient and that they don't like dealing with customers who make demands. its been 8days since amazon records to have delivered my item and still no update. Why should i not demand to get information which was promised to be given to me in a week's time and it hasn't. And the rudeness in the reply! I would not recommend imail to anyone and will never use it again.
