Love, Love, Love these products. But want to give 5 stars to Customer Service Representative Kenzie Kennedy! I left for a 3- week vacation and forgot my AGELESS hyaluronic filler so I ordered one to be shipped to our vacation place in the Catskills. The 3/5 day delivery came and went, I checked tracking and it seemed to be stuck in Florida (waiting for a label) for 10 days. I was concerned that it would be delivered to this remote location after I left. I contacted Customer Service and was fortunate enough to get Kenzie. She was helpful in trying to locate my order. The FBI should hire her! Kenzie offered to overnight the product at no charge so I would have it for the rest of my trip. Winning combination of great products and EXCELLENT customer service
