I am a flashlight enthusiast. I found your site by looking for the best deals on high performance batteries. Unfortunately I had to purchase batteries from a different site because the payment options were limited to pp or a check. I am a business owner and I understand the cost of using credit cards; but this time it cost you a sale.

Illumn has awesome customer service! I purchased the wrong battery and contacted support to see if I can get them swapped out. They pulled the package and swapped them out before they were shipped. Will definitely be returning for my future battery needs.

I recently made a purchase from Illumn.com and for some reason only USPS knows my package traveled all over the country. I contacted the customer service and told them i didn’t know why my package was taking so long to arrive because i paid $15.65 for priority shipping. They got back to me the very next day and apologized and refunded my shipping cost. A total of 10 days later i finally received my order. This was no fault of Illumn.com but they still refunded my shipping. That’s what i call greed customer service and that’s why i will do business with them in the future. After all, you can buy batteries from many companies , unfortunately most of those companies don’t care after the product leaves their store. Customer service is what matters. After the sale and how you treat your customers is what matters because customer service is the most important thing to any successful business.
