Very nice people here. I wanted to order a flashlight but the price was too much after shipping was applied. I sent a message to Craig explaining my concern and he told me to just place the order and he'll refund the shipping charge. I placed the order and the next day I received an email that said the shipping was refunded as promised.

When contacted about a exact model of flashlight they did not have in stock they offered a 25% discount on an alternative version of the basically same $400 list price light.
