Reasonable prices, fast shipping, and transit times that don't take a week like so many shops on the east coast! I'll absolutely be back for the wide selection of batteries again!

Excellent website. Fair prices. My go-to for KeepPower cells. Love the fact that they come in durable plastic containers.

Decent prices for some, expensive for others, could use more selection especially in the 15A batteries.

I'm pretty frugal so I don't usually look for new flashlights etc. But the sale/deals page on Illumn has some wicked great options. I've now spent way more than I probably should, but at those prices it's worth grabbing a few extra and giving them to friends, and family, and putting one (or 3) in every car, and keeping a drawer full of spare ones in case one of the other ones breaks. I don't have a problem. Hmmmm, I might have a problem though if I don't buy some more LED strips for undercounter lighting at this price; and would it be worth $15 to not lend my nice flashlight to my neighbor again and instead just buy them one? Oops. Guess I do have a problem. Off to make another order!

OMG, I haven't had quality batteries for so long, I almost feel lazy because I'm not constantly recharging my vape, and flashlight, etc. And fantastic prices on the good brands!! Illumn rocks!

Great experience with quality items, but one thing I would like to see improved is back ordered items. I placed an order for batteries I needed quickly but the order shipping was delayed due to a charger being on back order. There was no back order message when I added the item to cart and if I knew the back order would delay shipping I would have canceled that item so my order would ship in a timely manner. Other than that im happy with everything thanks!

I was looking for the Olight Arkpro Zombie edition. Most places were out of stock or had marked the price way up. It was in stock here, and there was no mark up. This company is on the level. Thank you.

Very nice people here. I wanted to order a flashlight but the price was too much after shipping was applied. I sent a message to Craig explaining my concern and he told me to just place the order and he'll refund the shipping charge. I placed the order and the next day I received an email that said the shipping was refunded as promised.
