I used to believe that Sally was honest in her opinions on products but I am now reluctant to believe any presenter.

Subscription completely messed up. First out of stock without letting me know. Promised delivery soon as available. Then you cancelled my subscription for no reason, called and you reinstated it. Then promised dispatch which you did but charged me £8 more than the price it should have been (which is actually illegal) so cancelled order and subscription. Will never ever buy anything on subscription with ideal world again.

Service great but please sort out &Maisi sizing the waist on l is now medium and xl is large. It has got tighter and smaller not to mention shorter. Stops me trusting sizing now from a brand I loved.

Well packaged and with me within a week.

Excellent service, arrived in good time and the package in was intact and secure. Only negative was I couldn't use the buy all option. Online wouldn't allow me to therefore, I had to start the order again via the telephone.

Great company to use They advertise and show the products exactly what they are no false advertising This is the second product I have bought from them and I will continue to shop with them
