Came in a box , twice the size of the item, with one small piece of wrapping paper. The instruction leaflet, was for a different version, with different attachments. Not much power.

I always find Ideal World a great shopping channel with a good assortment of products and really good prices. I am however still getting used to the new way you buy the products at checkout because the ability to use flexi payment can now only be done if you use customer services. I did query this with customer services who were very helpful but I would still rather buy online with them rather than ringing customer services for every purchase, because it's so much easier online.
