Long time Creed customer. Last purchase of the soap. I have been buying this soap since Aventus came to market. I loved this soap. I have seen the price go from $40 to $50 and now $60. I paid up. Second bar this year. My October order arrived when I opened it I found you had changed the product with no notice to the buyer. This might be a fine product for someone who never bought before. That’s not the case for me. It is now closer to a woman’s soap. No clean feeling after rinse. So I went to the secondary market and purchased 4 bars yesterday. After your retailer here in Las Vegas informed me they had to send their stock back and not sell it. I will find a replacement for your product now. Good luck. One customer lost.

Hi, Yes, I’m happy with the Aventus fragrance — it arrived on time and everything was great. However, I’m really disappointed that the gift wrapping option I selected was not included. I ordered this as a birthday gift for my husband and chose the “gift wrapping” option at checkout, but it arrived in a standard shipping box instead. That was very disappointing, as I had also written a short message for him with the order, and I was expecting it to be beautifully wrapped as shown. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Creed fragrances for years, and I’ve always admired the quality and character of your scents. That’s why I was so excited to purchase the Creed Absolu from your website. Unfortunately, this bottle hasn’t lived up to my expectations. The fragrance feels much weaker than previous Creed bottles I’ve owned, and the packaging arrived open. I was really looking forward to enjoying it, so this has been quite disappointing.
