The shipping company you use leaves packages in mailboxes instead of delivering them to the door, which can cause packages to get lost. I recommend considering a different shipping company. I also did not receive the part you sent. They left the package in the mailbox, even though it could have been delivered directly to the door. Mailboxes are not always secure and items can be stolen from them. The delivery driver working in this area should be aware of this.

Interaction with the people was right on, preventing me from ordering a wrong part. The only thing I don't care for is the constant bugging with the AI assistant on the website. It does get in the way frequently while using the website.

I’ve ordered Parts for a 2019 Elantra SEL, a 2016 Tucson Limited, and a 2024 Tucson Hybrid. Consistently a very easy experience every time. I’m not at all concerned and am confident I can keep my my Elantra and her 2024 Tucson on the road. The 2016 Tucson is no longer with us.
