I was really disappointed this time. I chose expedited shipping for this product because I really needed it within a week, but it went 10 days and still hadn’t shipped and there was no communication from the company. I did call and talk to a very friendly gal who explained that they were overwhelmed with orders. But no one thought to reach out and communicate with me, which left me in a very bad position on the car repair. I tried the online chat, but it was AI and didn’t work. And my product portal just said in progress and nothing else. I finally received the part 13 days later.
