As an aging athlete, my goal is to be able to continue doing the things I enjoy for as long as possible. As an avid cyclist and weight trainer, I’m finding stiffness and pain in my legs and hips has increased over the last few years. Well, I definitely had my doubts. I've had six shoulder surgeries, 3 on each, and my right shoulder is good, but my left has always continued to get aggravated. I use this each night. It works. Keeps down the inflammation noticeably more than ice alone. Considering one for my knees.
