The shipping and return service was excellent, but more specifically the device did not generate enough cold temperatures in a broad enough area for post surgical knee replacement, swelling, and pain.

Use daily before and after training. I feel better going into workouts and recover faster thanks to the on the go heating features.

Heats and cools faster than you'd expect, completely replaces a heating pad or ice pack, especially on the go. As someone who's had multiple surgeries on both knees, this product does an excellent job of reducing soreness and swelling post-activity.
