The site is user friendly. I was grateful to obtain a cell salt that no one was carrying the time I searched.

One time my order was shipped to someone else and I got theirs. I notified Hyland's and they immediately shipped my correct order and told me to keep the other one. Their service is excellent. My problem is discontinued products, such as the Backache tablets. They were awesome and I really miss those.

I. am 78 years old and have used Hylands since I was a child. My great aunt was a WWI Army nurse who trained at Hannamen General Hospital which was a homeopathic medical center in the early 1900s. She always treated our ailments with homeopathic medicine and I have continued with it throughout my life. Hylands it the best!

Got my product in a timely matter. Haven't used yet because I still had a bottle left. As long as formula has not changed, this always works well for me.

I give customer service an A+++ but the Leg Cramps product isn't what it used to be. I was told the Leg Cramps with dissolving tablets was the same formula as the original caplets. Sadly, where only 1 caplet did the trick with the original formula, I still need 2 and sometimes 3 to get relief with the dissolving tablet formula. I wish companies would stop messing around with products that actually worked.

I was disappointed in the price of the product - I used to get the 500 tablet bottle for half the price of the 50 tabs - and the shipping was outrageous . . . The communication AFTER I placed the order was disappointing. I never got a confirmation email and it was after several days, I place another order thinking you never got my first order . . . IT was several days that both orders were finally acknowledged. I love Hyland's products and trust them . . . but this was disappointing.

The website was easy to use. I was able to find the products I needed. I will return when needed.
