It was easy to order and the shipping was quick. I'm just disappointed that after having the bottle for less than 1 month, the color was damaged just by being in contact with my metal folding cane in my backpack.

I received this as a warranty replacement for my previous hydroflask which I had for years and loved dearly. The customer service was phenomenal! This new hydroflask scratched immediately when I used it for the first time at the beach - a problem I never had with my last one. Quite unfortunate, but I'm grateful to have a replacement. Not sure if it's just this color or this finish entirely, but beware if you plan to bring it outside!
