I just love my recent Hydro Flasks bought recently. (I bought several -- love it so much, I'm changing out all my drink containers. ) The color and design is beautiful. It's handy and easy to use -- simple, no fuss, no bulky lid closures. I chose the Hydro Flask initially cuz it's one of two brands that don't contain lead in sodering of the insulation. And, even better, it's dishwasher safe (!!!) (I would love it even if it were not dishwasher safe, but this is definitely a bonus!).

It leaks

The bottle is very thin and fragile so I decided to return it and more than 2 weeks have passed since the returned items arrived and I haven’t received my money back. I wrote to they customer support and no answer. I do not recommend them at all, horrible experience.

Customer service was super helpful in helping me to love my new water bottle by sending the new cap.
