Shoes are well made and look great. Only issue I had was the laces were too short. So I had to go get a longer pair. My foot is a bit wide, so that may be why the laces didn’t make the cut.

I ordered the Allison boots. I have an old pair that I purchased from Macy's and they are beautiful. They were stolen, and since Macy's no longer sell them, I ordered a new pair directly from their site. I got the wrong boot. I notified their customer service (btw, you can't get anyone on the phone, only email correspondence). I asked for an exchange and then asked the customer service representative if I could take advantage of a coupon being offered for the new order. I was informed that I purchased it at the lowest price. I was able to order it myself from their website at a deeper discount. Today, I received my replacement order only to AGAIN get the wrong boots. Again, I already owned a pair, so I know what they're supposed to look like. They have got to do better. It does not matter if you have beautiful boots... this is a turn off and incredibly inconvenient!

I really dig my Livelys.. It was on sale - so no returns or exchanges.. Well I ordered the wrong size and when HGL contacted me to inquire about receiving my order, I explained my wrong size choice/no return situation and they made it exceptionally right.. The shipping was super 2 days fast in both instances too.. Hybrid Green Label is the truth, when it comes to their business culture and product line. Will order again soon..
