I recieved my order# 13066281 HGL3041 ivory-11 and sought to exchange them for a different color, tried to do a return on line but kept getting a message did not recognize my order, so I sent an email to customer service again no reply. I purchased these and realized ther were no returns or exchanges but tried to get a refund no reply. This was the second pair of green label shoes for me and perhaps my last.

I had a pair of these that I got on Touch of Modern a few years back and loved them, but never really knew the brand (and had never heard the term "zero drop"). My son "co-opted" them for himself, so I went looking for another pair. Found the Orion in Burgundy Red and they are so nice. Love the quick lace system. They were comfortable right out of the box. Sizing was spot on, I am a 12W, sizing recommendation was to go up a size 46EU, 12.5/13US, and they fit great.

Shoes are very Okay quality. I have many defects and craftsmanship issues. The shoes look great and fit pretty poorly.

I really liked the shoes but they were way to small for a size 13. Has to send them back

Shipping was not great. The tracking was slow and questionable. The shoes a made too narrow to be comfortable to wear. With that said, I can tell the shoe quality is great. Great fee3ling and looking materials are used. I just wish the sizing was better so I could make this my only shoe brand.
