Unclear instructions
The instructions for taking the drink mix were very unclear. I used a month with in 2 weeks because that's what it said to do. After it was done I wasn't down any weight not did I feel different so I asked for a refund. They said I had to try to for 6 to 8 weeks to notice a difference and that I should have started on a different dosage than was on the instructions.
