Was good while it lasted, the tag died after 2 weeks. I expect it to work longer than that

I love the HUAN. My dog, Matza Rella, wears it always. It works spectacularly well and the batteries are easy to buy and replace in the unit. Every dog should be wearing this!

Got one for my cat and for the future puppy. So far so good on working for my cat. I like that I can see where he is even though he is an indoor kitty. I also like how the app tells me how many pets I am protecting in the area. I am happy with the product so far.

Peace of mind is half the appeal. Fun tags and excellent customer service is the bonus!

I have a Boston that sometimes finds a way out of the yard. I ordered the small tag and it is the perfect size for her. My only complaint is that there aren’t as many users in my area so my net is quite small. But, I can still get an alert if she leaves the set boundaries

I got the tags with the hope that I could always see where my cats are on the map, but discovered they only show up if my bluetooth is on and their near me. Honestly not that helpful when their not home.

Was not in range the day I needed it. Over 100 yards away and was not detectable. Was fine when he came back home.

Works perfectly. Nice having the security and piece of mind about my pets.

Very happy to use our HUAN tag for the last couple of years. Comfort in knowing where our pup is most all of the time (when she's not at our side) Highly recommended.
